Description
BIOPHYSICOCHEMICAL PROPERTIES:
Temperature dependence: Thermostable, activity is retained after incubation at 121°C for 15 min.
pH dependence:Stable at 3.0 and 4.0.

lactocyclicin Q propeptide contains a leader peptide (dipeptide) sequence.

STRUCTURE: The cyclic structure of lactocyclicin Q is achieved through a dehydration reaction between L1 and W61.
